Before you begin
Find ten minutes that belong to you. Sit or lie somewhere comfortable. You don't need a practitioner. You don't need a partner. That's the point.
1 — Choose your area
Place the device against the area of tension: the shoulder blade, the base of the neck, the lower back, the calf. Anywhere you've been carrying it. The silicone cup creates a gentle seal against the skin.
2 — Select your intensity
Start on the lowest setting. This is not a "push through" device. The suction lifts the tissue slowly, gently rather than pressing into it. You're looking for a mild drawing sensation, not discomfort. Increase one level at a time across sessions as your body adapts.
3 — Add heat (optional)
Press the heat button to activate therapeutic warmth. The device self-regulates, it will not overheat. Warmth helps the muscle soften before the suction works. Most women find this combination does more in ten minutes than a foam roller ever did in thirty.
4 — Let it work
Keep the device in place for 5–10 minutes per area. You can move it slowly across the muscle short, deliberate glides or leave it stationary on a knot. Both approaches are valid. There is no wrong way to rest.
Step 5 — Release and move
Press the release button to break the seal before removing the cup. Never pull it away without releasing first.
A note on skin response
Some mild redness or temporary skin marking is normal, it is circulation arriving at a place that hasn't had enough of it. This fades within time. If you prefer minimal marking, use the lower suction settings and keep sessions shorter to begin with.
Contraindications — please read
Do not use over broken or inflamed skin, open wounds, varicose veins, or areas of active infection. If you are pregnant, have a bleeding disorder, or take blood-thinning medication, consult your GP before use. This device is for muscle and soft-tissue tension relief; it is not a medical treatment.
